Yes. Local pickup is available to my customers within the Richmond, Virginia Metro area. You will not come to my home but will meet me at a public location and during the day. We will adhere to all current local guidelines on health and safety. I will require proof of pickup in the form of a signed receipt and a photograph of delivery.

Before ordering, contact me to discuss pickup options. Once agreed, I will remove the item(s) shipping information then place the item(s) on reserve. Orders must already be paid in full before scheduling a pickup. I reserve the right to change this offer at any time.

Personalized Items
In most cases, if I offer an item to be personalized it will have that option in the product listing. If you do not see an option for one of my items to be personalized, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Custom Items
To help convey what you are looking for please consider adding an image to help illustrate what you’re looking for. Required information includes a “need-by” date if you require the item for an event. Be prepared for me to ask additional questions to ensure we are both on the same page. There are no returns or exchanges allowed for customized and personalized items.

Details for the size of a product are described in the item listing. Many listings include visual size comparisons by placing the product next to a ruler or common object. Please read/view listings carefully. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All products are handmade and hand-assembled using basic supplies found at local craft stores, hardware stores, or general grocery stores. I work to choose materials and glue that will last. However, I recommend using my items with care. Always hand washes clothing, mugs, and tumblers. Other items can be gently wiped with a damp cloth. Do not keep any items in extreme temperatures. This can affect the integrity of the adhesives. Avoid direct sunlight to minimize fading. See each individual listing for more specific information. Check your packaging for additional care instructions. Do not let items with vinyl sit in water. Prolonged exposure to moisture may cause the vinyl to wrinkle or pull away from the surface.

Colors can appear different depending on the settings of the device you use to view my listings. I do my best to take accurate photos on each listing, including different lighting and backgrounds. Make sure you read my return policy.

As an artist I draw inspiration from around me, looking at other artist’s work, viewing trends, talking to people, and just sitting in nature. I keep several notebooks and journals with notes and sketches of my ideas. As a graphic designer, I purchase digital files with a commercial license from places such as Vecteezy, Design Bundles, Etsy sellers, and other artists.
